TRAGAKI * – A small brand carrying a big character, born in Pyrgos of Tinos!
In Pyrgos, the most marble-covered village in the Cyclades, a new brand that stands out was recently born: TRAGAKI.
Don’t look for it on the catwalks. You’ll find it walking down the cobblestone streets of Pyrgos, drinking coffee in marble courtyards, fanning its shirt on the terraces and climbing the stone fences with grace and humor. TRAGAKI is not about fashion; it’s a lifestyle.
Inspired by the free spirit of the Cyclades and the special aesthetics of the place, the brand signs clothes and everyday objects – such as t-shirts, fabric bags, thermoses, mugs, notebooks, hats and socks – with a unique branding: Tragaki, an iconic goat that tells its story without overdoing!
Because as the Tragaki itself says:
“I am not an accessory. I am a character.”
There are two inspired residents of Pyrgos hiding behind its creation:
the clothing designer Evi Athanasopoulou of Armonia Concept,
and the jewelry artist Achilleas Georgiadis of JOVE Jewellery Art.
“One cuts, the other sews” as the greek saying states and that’s how TRAGAKI was born.
The physical store has already been operating on the pedestrian street of Pyrgos.
*Tragaki is the little billy goat in greek.
