CARDOON TINOS! Νew entry in the beautiful neoclassical house of the Foundation of Tinian Culture. On the beach of Chora, in a spot with a unique view of the old harbor, Cardoon, the new all-day proposition, awaits you from early morning for the first coffee until late in the evening for drinks and cocktails.

The day starts with a specialty coffee blend from Brazil and choices from Ethiopia and Burundi – and breakfast or brunch depending on how much you’ve slept… Kayana, poached salmon eggs or healthy acai bowl will fill you with energy for the day! Cardoon is the flower of the wild artichoke and, at the same time, the cuisine philosophy. A fresh, modern look at the local taste and tradition.

As the sun goes down, take a seat at the tables outside, order the “Before Sunset” cocktail (or if you prefer the “Undisclosed Desire” with Hibiscus infused vodka as well as Collada with Bourbon) and you are ready to enjoy the impressive sunset with Syros on the background, in one of the most privileged locations. Try the local wines and other Greek labels that you can accompany with bruschets, variety of cheeses or fish/seafood as well as the smoked (shrimp ceviche, tuna) or the famous pizza with yoghurt and artichoke of Tinos.

When the sun has set, move in. In the stylish, minimal interior space, volume and beats go up. Have your drink while enjoying the view, evening view of Chora. House music, everyday parties and guest DJs every Friday.
