Yoga In Tinos

A 5 week drop-in mindfulness course, focusing on the scientific research-based association mindfulness has to sustained long-term happiness. It takes place every Friday, starting on June 30. The first session is free and will take place in Yoga In Tinos studio in Chora, where it will introduce the structure, format and content of the program. The final class is on Wednesday, July 26. All classes include guided meditation practice, discussion, exercises and teaching on each week’s theme, like, for instance, the value of regret or how to handle our inner critic.
