ELAYIO OLD TOWN
The KOU-ROS house is located in the heart of the old town of Tinos Chora. It’s a two-story house, renovated with respect to the island’s neo-classical style, using raw materials such as local quarry marble, wood and metal, worked by the local craftsmen. The house can be used either as a whole house, suitable for 4-5 guests, or as two separate areas “Kou” and “Ros”.

KOU
A 20 sq.m. bedroom located on the second floor, is perfect for two people, with ample view of the port and the old pedestrian street. The room is decorated with elegant details and meets all requirements for a comfortable stay.

ROS
A 35 sq.m. two-space studio, situated on the first floor, able to host 2-3 guests. The bedroom has a king-size bed and the living room has a sofa bed and a diner table. The kitchenette serves for a quick meal. The small balcony offers a scenic view of the port, while the comfortable terrace with the outdoor seating area, looks over the picturesque pedestrian street leading to Megalochari.
