In Tsambia, at the beginning of the beach of Kionia, which is one of the largest and most popular beaches of Tinos, you will find Maistrali restaurant. The brothers Panagiotis and Miltos Krontiras continue the family tradition. Their father, Vassilis, since 1970, operates in Ktikados, “Drosia”, one of the oldest and most famous taverns of the island. True to the same principles, with respect to traditional cuisine, they combine local ingredients and offer typical Tinian dishes as well as new suggestions. Chef Kostas Nikolaidis adds his own creative touch to the local dishes. Fresh fish, seafood, finger food based on local products, inspired omellettes (“fourtalia”), meat and their own chocolate pie or orange pie consist the most delicious dishes.
