Sacristy (P.I.I.E.T.)

The Sacristy gathers precious religious objects from the 19th century up today. 

Among the exhibits are included: crosses, cherubs, chalices, censers, candlesticks, Gospels, reliquaries, jewelry, candles, vestments, etc.

Of particular interest are: The Cross of Sanctification (donation by Greek soldiers of ’40s), the silver covenant of the founders of the Holy Foundation, Russian vestments of the 19th century, the silver gilt case of the icon of Virgin Mary (Nikiforos Lytras) and the gold ring of G.Karaiskakis.

The total number of exhibits come from believers’ donations.
