Housed in one of the most beautiful and historic buildings on the western edge of Tinos harbor, Ksemparko is one of the most famous all day shops in Tinos.
The 1700’s stone building still maintains the old corbels jutting from its walls, the large oblong stones and its old big wooden doors. In the early 20th century, it was a café chantant and the entertainment center of the city where they played Karagiozis (shadow theater) performances!
The team operating the historic shop since 2012, gave Ksemparko a new life, always trying to keep high quality standards in all sectors. They renewed the exterior with respect to tradition and they also kept the classic style in the interior, using marble and wood for its tables and chairs. You can admire in the interior the great 200 years old sculptured mirrors, Beno’s artwork, the old map of Tinos and the old red bike!
Meeting point for guests and locals from early morning, it serves excellent Italian coffee, homemade sweets (banoffee, cheese cake, orange pie, etc.), varieties of traditional Tinian products, the traditional “froutalia” (omelette with local eggs), Tinian Raki and many other dishes always prepared with love and care
At the end of the day you will be impressed by the fast service and the waiters’ willingness and smiling faces!
