MIKRI MASSALIA TINOS. This summer, the Mediterranean cuisine meets the terrace of MIKRI MASSALIA (=”Little Marseille”) on the Bay of Isternia in Tinos. Visitors can explore the Mediterranean taste, perfectly combined with the current gastronomy, always with respect to the steady value of tradition.
The whole philosophy focuses on high aesthetics in both taste and hospitality, “Little Marseille”, whose name came from the birthplace of the first bouillabaisse, is the new gastronomic pearl of Tinos!
The menu was curated by the executive chef Michalis Jovas in collaboration with the chef Harry Bonanos, ending up in a delicious result that satisfies even the most demanding palate.
